Allow me to introduce myself; my name is Odie! I was surrendered to PVHS through no fault of my own. My family had a baby and the baby was allergic to me :( I am a great cat, very friendly and easy-going. I am de-clawed on the front. I would fit in with almost any family and I hope that someone will soon adopt me! I am a VERY big guy, weighing in at around 25 pounds! I know I would feel better if my new family worked with me to help me get fit and healthy so that I could run and play just like I used to as a kitten!

*Update: We can't believe Odie is still with us! Odie had adjusted very well to shelter life, but would be so much happier in a home of his very own! He's very tolerant of the other cats that he shares a room with and would likely adapt well to another cat in the home, provided it was an easy-going & friendly cat. Odie is laid back and affectionate. He has had a few teeth pulled, which were causing him some discomfort, and he now feels even better than ever! Plus, he's slowly losing weight which will be wonderful for his overall health if it continues. Odie must go to an indoor only home due to being declawed and he should fit in with almost any family! Consider this big guy today for your next furry friend.
